Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 94win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 94win website located at https://94win.cam, including all associated services, features, content, applications and tools (collectively, the "Services").

94win is an online gaming and sports-betting information platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and persons who access or use any part of the Services, including those browsing from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other locations across Pakistan.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the 94win platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit-match amounts or other incentive credits credited to your Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process of identity and address verification required by anti-money-laundering regulations before certain account actions (including withdrawals) may be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable funds, as specified in individual bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction in which access to, registration with or use of the Services is illegal, restricted or requires a licence not held by the operator.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion features available within your Account settings.
• "Operator" means the entity that operates the 94win platform and holds any applicable gaming licences.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software and other material forming part of or accessible through the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 94win website, registering an Account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein;
3. You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
5. Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments made to these Terms in accordance with Section 17.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 94win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity);
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of the operator or any of its affiliates;
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 94win for violations of these Terms;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction;
• Your use of the Services must not violate any law, regulation or legal obligation applicable to you.

It is your responsibility — not 94win's — to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Being 18 years of age does not, of itself, make gambling lawful under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani laws remain in effect. We do not provide legal advice and we do not represent that our Services are available or lawful in Pakistan.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and sports-betting features, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number;
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current and complete;
• Register only one Account per person, per household and per device. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are prohibited;
• Not register using the identity, details or payment methods of any third party;
• Create a strong, unique password and not disclose your login credentials to any other person.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). 94win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

Identity Verification (KYC / AML)

In compliance with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, 94win is required to verify the identity of users before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document. For Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport is typically accepted;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address, dated within the past three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or the first six and last four digits of a bank card);
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for large deposits or withdrawals, documentation supporting the legitimate source of funds may be required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. 94win reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC. We do not apologise for enforcing these requirements — they protect both you and the integrity of the platform.

All documentation submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in this context are for identification purposes only. These providers do not endorse gambling.

Deposits & Payment Processing

Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed as available on the 94win platform at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to change, and 94win does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the platform's cashier page and are subject to change;
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly, but processing times may vary by payment method and are outside 94win's sole control;
• Currency amounts on the platform are processed in accordance with the operator's designated account currency. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures shown on the platform reflect the operator's displayed denomination;
• 94win reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears suspicious under AML procedures.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies; this figure is stated on the cashier page and is subject to change;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
• Processing times vary by payment method. 94win does not guarantee specific processing speeds and will not be held liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks or third-party service providers;
• 94win reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time;
• In the event of a dispute regarding any wager or transaction, 94win may temporarily delay the processing of related withdrawals pending resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

94win may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may only be transferred to the withdrawable balance once applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to any bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms;
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit, any remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited;
• 94win reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or collusion — will have bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended;
• All PKR bonus amounts stated in promotions (e.g., welcome bonuses up to PKR 10,000 or PKR 25,000) are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer. No bonus amount is guaranteed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The placement of any bet or wager on the 94win platform is subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. The following general provisions apply:

• All bets are accepted at the platform's sole discretion. 94win reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without prior notice and without providing a reason;
• Bets placed on erroneous odds, clearly displayed in error, may be voided regardless of outcome. 94win is not obligated to honour manifestly incorrect prices;
• In-play (live) betting decisions are final once confirmed by the system. Network lag, connectivity issues or device failures on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation;
• For cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series and other cricket events — settlement rules follow the specific market rules published on the platform. Interrupted or abandoned matches are settled in accordance with those rules;
• Game outcomes in casino products (slots, live dealer, table games) are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer dealing. 94win does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes;
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before placing a wager. Ignorance of the rules is not grounds for a refund.

Responsible Gambling

94win is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We require that all users engage with the platform in a responsible manner and make use of the tools available to them where needed.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which your session will be interrupted;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and acted upon promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the applicable cooling-off period has elapsed.

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use these tools immediately and to seek professional help. Gambling should be entertainment — never a way to recover losses or generate income.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions;
• Using bots, scripts, software or other automated tools to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip dumping or exploitation of software errors;
• Abusing bonus structures through arbitrage, matched betting using platform promotions or systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location;
• Reverse engineering, copying, modifying or distributing any part of the platform's software or content;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward platform staff or other users.

94win reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent, illegal or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 94win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 94win or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content;
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions or prices;
• Any derivative use of the platform or its content;
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of third parties.

Unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property terminates the licence granted to you and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The 94win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 94win makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

94win shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your inability to access or use the platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in platform content;
• Any third-party conduct, payment-processor delays or system failures outside our direct control;
• Any losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or unlawful;
• Any losses sustained as a result of wagering on the platform — gambling inherently involves risk and results are never guaranteed.

Account Suspension & Termination

94win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity is detected or suspected;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy, details of which are available on request);
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it.

Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not returned on Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests for responsible-gambling reasons (self-exclusion) are processed as a priority.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

94win does not represent that these Terms or the Services are appropriate or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Access to the Services from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is strictly prohibited. Players accessing the Services from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Amendments to These Terms

94win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document;
• Where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect;
• In cases of minor editorial changes, update the document without separate notice.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 94win recommends checking this page whenever you access the platform after a period of absence.
